Your team

Technology & Operations design and integrate software applications ranging from portfolio management systems, trading platforms to banking and corporate solutions. The division is responsible for some of the Group's key innovations while sustaining business operations and developing custodian and funds administration services.
Embark on a transformation journey with Pictet Group's Technology Strategy & Innovation team, part of the dynamic Technology & Operations division. As a leader in the Swiss financial landscape, Pictet stands today at the forefront of generative AI technologies.
You will play a pivotal role in pioneering projects that shape the future of banking.

Your role

Conduct cutting-edge research on AI and ML techniques, with a focus on generative AI and the retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipeline.
Develop proficiency in state-of-the-art large language models (LLMs) and refine prompt engineering strategies.
Actively contribute to the development and deployment of novel generative AI applications across various banking sectors.
Immerse yourself in the burgeoning field of generative AI and make tangible contributions to real-world applications.
Collaborate with a team of experts dedicated to innovation and excellence in the financial industry.

Your profile

Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Science, Communication Systems or a related field.
Demonstrated software development skills, with proficiency in at least one modern programming language.
Comfortable with data science techniques and proficiency with the pandas library.
Practical experience with Chat GPT or equivalent conversational AI platforms is highly desirable.
Familiarity with API development and integration.
Autonomous work ethic complemented by a strong capacity for teamwork and collaboration.
Must be resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate.
