At the cereneo rehabilitation clinics we develop an individualised treatment programme with the aim of giving our patients back the highest degree of independence and freedom in shaping their lives, thus optimising their quality of life. We treat patients who have health insurance in Switzerland as well as international patients from all over the world.
cereneo and its sister companies support patients in the various phases of their rehabilitation following a neurological illness, from inpatient and outpatient treatment to teletherapy via digital channels.

Tasks

You will bring your experience and knowledge into everyday rehabilitation and support the recovery of patients through your individual therapy concepts. You approach different clientele openly and without bias and are interested in working in a young, dynamic, and open-minded team. You will independently conduct individual and group therapies, develop personalized therapy and training programs, and select appropriate, needs-based aids. In addition to clinical tasks, your responsibilities will also include activities in the field of research, particularly the implementation of treatments as part of a research project in telerehabilitation, with the aim of increasing the active training time of patients in a home setting.
Through your close cooperation with the care team, thorough documentation, and tariff-compliant performance recording, you contribute to maintaining and continuously improving internal processes. Additionally, you will work closely with research groups to develop innovative approaches in rehabilitation and continuously optimize treatment quality.
