Day in the life of Operational Analyst EMEA
Tektronix is the world leader in the manufacture, distribution and service of electronic test tools and software. Office is located In Neuhausen / Rheinfall close to the German Border and close to Cities like Schaffhausen and Zurich. We are an international team covering EMEA and India with native language speakers. We are searching a person who will take over following tasks:

• Sales support on CRM Dynamics.
• Focal point on Compliance with Trade compliance and Export control rules.
• Processing Orders and quote requests in Oracle
• Responsible for order accuracy by completing internal audits
• Working on customer feedback
• Setting up territories for EMEA Sales Team
• Development and testing of existing Sales tools and new implemented IT tools
• Support internal Sales team and external customers

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Order management and Systems knowledge on ERP systems like Oracle and CRM Dynamics.
We have a new renovated office with up-to-date infrastructure. Hybrid working mode but still own desk for each employee.
Responsibilities:

• Responsible for processing sales quotes and orders (in compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley and Export Control guidelines) in Oracle
• Trade compliance: Focal point of compliance with all Export control regulations in EMEA (EAR & BIZ regulation, EU Export control regulations, customs rules, Export license requirements)
• Development of the customer relationship, assuring customers receive the right support for their procurement needs as well as their service needs in teamwork with Sales account managers
• Responsible for taking inbound customer calls for sales & service and answering live chats
• Collaboration with multiple internal departments worldwide, like: Manufacturing, Marketing, Logistics, Finance,
• Clarification on products, delivery times, prices and terms and conditions for customers
• Experience in CRM Microsoft Dynamics
• Set up account manager territories in CRM Dynamics
• Responsible for Quality control of order management (external feedback and internal Audit)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft office tool & ERP system Oracle ( Or similar )
• Support for Sales teams on operational processes

Your Team:

• Sales operations team in Switzerland count 18 members, from across Europe to support our customer in EMEA & India in local languages
• The team is based in Neuhausen / Rheinfall Switzerland.

Experience:

• Knowledge on ERP & CRM Systems
• Worked in Order Management.
• Experience in Export control and Trade compliance
• Required language skills: English and one native language (English is the business language) Knowledge in Russian preferred
• Positive attitude, highly self-motivated, and technically savvy
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and support.
• Effectively communicate with different departments and job functions within the organization.
• Accuracy and Compliance focused
