Welcome to the Audi F1 Project.

Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026.
The new team has two locations. Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany) is considered one of the most modern of its kind in Europe. The Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland) is known for its innovative technologies and passion for racing. The Power Unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for the development of the chassis and race operations. The planned takeover by AUDI AG turns two teams into a factory team – and you can be part of it.

The position for the Audi F1 Project is at Sauber in Hinwil (Switzerland).

Your mission

• Plan and coordinate logistics for marketing events, guaranteeing all elements are in place for a successful execution
• Manage freight logistics, ensuring timely and secure transportation of marketing materials and equipment
• Oversee the transportation and setup of various assets, including showcars, playseats, and other promotional items
• Ensure all assets are maintained in excellent condition and are operational for events
• Coordinate the procurement, inventory, and distribution of promotional gifts and materials
• Manage drivers’ wear and other branded apparel, ensuring availability and proper distribution
• Organize and manage guest transfers, securing a seamless and comfortable experience for attendees
• Assist in the design and layout of hospitality areas, ensuring an optimal and welcoming environment for guests
• Attend select Formula 1 races and other events to oversee on-site operations and provide support as needed
• Coordinate with event staff, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth event execution
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure all logistical needs are met
• Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with service providers

Your profile

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in event management or a similar role, preferably in the motorsport industry
• Confident, detail-orientated and proactive way of working
• Team player with great commitment and a passion for working with interdisciplinary groups
• High resilience, strong communication skills and solution-orientation
• Strong negotiation skills and good supplier management
• Flexibility to travel and work on site at various events
• Full professional proficiency in German or English and a willingness to learn a basic level in the corresponding other language are prerequisites
