We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused payments specialist to join our B4B Payments Relations team as a Customer Service Representative. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling inquiries related to payment services, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.

act as direct Payments Services Investigations Specialist for payment inquiries of financial institutions
investigate inquiries around payments and cash management products and processes
handle global cash movements in all currencies and bank products
manage large payments, monitoring ﬂows across systems within our ﬁrm

Your team

As a payments specialist, you will become part of our B4B Payments Relations team in Schaffhausen. With a focus on accuracy and attention to detail, our team works diligently to ensure that all queries are processed in a timely manner and resolved quickly. We stand in direct contact with our customers to achieve a positive customer experience and to ensure a short way of contact.

Your expertise

very fluent in German and English; every other language would be an advantage
excellent communication skills, verbal and written
strong focus on quality, accuracy and timely delivery
ability to work independently and as part of a team
previous experience in payments preferred
skill to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively within selected timelines
affinity to detect issues and strong solution-oriented skills
interested in digitalization, automation and process optimization
