Position Summary

Within the Product Development Department of NPTC Nutrition, and more specifically in the Adult & Maternal Nutrition Team, we are looking for an open-minded and entrepreneurial Intern working with us to support development projects that aim at developing nutrition solutions, dairy and plant-based products from preconception to healthy aging.

A Day in the Life of a Product Development Intern

• Perform literature and patent search related to the product category
• In collaboration with Nestlé colleagues, define the areas to explore and the trial plan
• Plan, prepare and run kitchen trials and/or pilot plant trials
• Organize raw materials ordering, product analyses including sensory, and release of samples
• Organize meetings with concerned team, and regular update
• Document, report and present project results internally to the company

What will make you successful

• Master degree student in Food Science, Food Technology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or similar
• Strong interest in product development and product ingredients
• At ease and cooperating well in a team with an autonomous, organized, and pro-active mindset
• Fluent in English with excellent communication, presentation and reporting skills
