HUGO BOSS Ticino SA, sited in Coldrerio Switzerland, masters the fashion flow for all the Brands of the product groups Shirt & Neckwear, Knitwear, Bodywear & Hosiery, Footwear, Accessories and Licenses.
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Bodywear and Hosiery Business Unit. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in Hosiery products for both men and women, along with the ability to drive excellence in production standards across our global network, and will be responsible for the following tasks:
What you can expect:
- Establish and maintain a cross-functional and international network, fostering collaborative business relationships with vendors and suppliers;
- Support the sourcing of new vendors and the redevelopment of materials and styles for seasonal and carry-over products;
- Ensure HUGO BOSS quality standards in production, from the Salesman Sample stage to final bulk production and delivery to our customers;
- Define and optimize workmanship standards, providing technical support to our vendors;
- Evaluate size-set samples and pre-production samples, and monitor and control final deliveries from vendors to our warehouses;
- Conduct regular production visits for inline, end, and final inspections;
- Work closely with all internal interfaces to ensure smooth communication flow, supporting the team in all daily tasks;
- Update relevant quality documents in the PLM system.

Your profile:
- Proven experience in hosiery products for both men and women, along with related production techniques, preferably gained in a structured international company;
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian would be an advantage;
- High proficiency in MS Office, with advanced competence in Excel; knowledge of SAP and PLM is a plus;
- Willingness to travel to our global producer network to ensure HUGO BOSS quality standards;
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a robust intercultural understanding;
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team, with notable commitment and organizational talent.
