How you make a difference

• In this exciting role, you are the key interface between the responsible product owner and the product team and ensure that the product vision and the requirements of the product owner are communicated to the team.
• You represent the product owner to the team and support them in maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog based on the business value and requirements management.
• You are responsible for describing user stories in detail and implementing them together with the development team. In doing so, you play a key part in helping us to develop the customer portal in a data-driven, customer-centric manner. This means you play an important role in implementing the strategy.
• Together with the agile team, you are responsible for quality, collaboration with customer support and the operation of the customer portal.
• As an epic owner, you work actively on integrating a variety of exciting projects into the customer portal and support projects from the requirements analysis to the release.
• And as the contact person for technical and operational enquiries, you are always at the cutting edge. You monitor trends, best practices and innovations in the area of digital channels and incorporate them into the further development of the customer portal.

What you have to offer

• You have a university degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in informatics or business informatics and have a keen interest in technology.
• You have experience as a business analyst or product owner in an agile environment and are confident in recording, structuring and implementing business requirements – ideally in the field of digital channels.
• As a team-oriented, flexible personality, you are committed, proactive and motivated.
• With your agile mindset, you react calmly even in very busy situations and maintain an overview of matters.
• You can quickly identify issues, define logical steps and develop targeted solutions.
• You have very good spoken and written German and good knowledge of English. Any other national language is an advantage.
