In the frame of the growth of our business, we are looking for a:

Quality System Intern

Activités Principales

• Mise en place des compétences dans notre système informatisé : faire le lien avec les départements pour récolter les données, accompagner les formateurs et créer les formations dans le système informatisé
• Accompagner les collaborateurs, les former au système informatisé
• Être support à la qualité formation (suivi des formations, enregistrements des compétences, mise à jour des profils)
• Être support dans la réalisation des comités qualités : préparer, communiquer, rédiger le rapport et suivre les actions
• Réaliser des veilles normatives/règlementaires pouvant servir aux audits internes
• Suivre, le cas échéant, les activités du service qualité système : CAPA, non-conformités et CC, documentation et diffusion

Votre profil

• En cours de formation, de niveau bachelor
• Personne dynamique, organisée aimant travailler en groupe
• Intéressé(e) par le milieu pharmaceutique et dispositifs médicaux
• Connaissance des référentiels Qualité ISO 13485, MDSAP
• Connaissance des systèmes informatisés type VEEVA serait un plus
• Niveau d’anglais : bonne compréhension écrite et rédactionnelle
