For our growing Facility Management organization at a client in Basel, we are looking:
Receptionist
Responsibilities:
-
Reception of guests and external company employees incl. access management & keeping the visitor list - Administration / entry of the security video for visitors & ESP
- Telephone service; operating the switchboard, forwarding calls according to company instructions.
- Operating and controlling the entrances of suppliers and subcontractors
- Coordination of shift planning with team colleagues & superiors
- Mail processing; dealing with incoming mail
- Information contact point for alarms
- Monitoring the camera system
Person Specification/Requirements:
-
Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar position - Strong administrative and communication skills
- Strong Excel knowledge is an asset
- Fluent in English, German is a bonus
