Project: We are looking for an experienced project manager (m/f/d) for SAP S4 projects who will take on the long-term management and responsibility of technical projects in an agile environment (SAFe). The focus is on the planning, coordination and monitoring of the project teams, which consist of IT specialists and business specialists (Dev Ops teams)
Main tasks:

• Management of technical projects in an agile environment (SAFe), with project teams consisting of IT specialists and business specialists (Dev Ops teams)
• Responsibility for projects in the SAP environment and IT infrastructure (technical IT)
• Independent collection of technical requirements and active participation in finding solutions.
• Ensuring scheduling, financial and quality agreements from the initialization phase to the introduction and successful handover of operations.
• Direct communication with internal customers and contact point for all external or internal inquiries.
• Goal-oriented management of the project team, including planning, coordination and monitoring of the tasks of the Dev Ops teams involved in coordination with the Technical Product Owner, Technical Product Manager and Cluster Lead
• Project marketing, contract management, controlling and support of internal customers.
• Ensuring security requirements (ISDS concept, SCHUBAN, GDPR)
• Cutover planning & coordination at Go Live(s)

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in managing complex SAP projects
• Experience in the SAP focus topics S4: data migration, basic services, ABAP development & forms, workflow and test management.
• Technical project management in an agile environment (SAFe).
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with internal customers and team members.
• Leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and lead teams.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to develop creative solutions.
• High level of initiative and independence in completing tasks.
• Teamwork skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
