In this role, you will be responsible for driving success and productivity within an agile environment, guiding teams in leveraging advanced technologies to develop innovative mobile products and sophisticated IT systems for our business clients. As a Scrum Master, you will spearhead the teams in agile best practices, fostering collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement. As the teams expand, you will have the chance to transition into a Release Train Engineer (RTE) role, where you will oversee and coordinate cross-team dependencies, guarantee seamless delivery, and maintain the stability and performance of our development pipeline.

Be part of a high-performing team driving transformative change across the organization
Play a crucial role in the ART leadership team, collaborating with the Product Manager and System Architect
Partner with key stakeholders in the Mobile Products and Solutions Value Stream, including external suppliers
Drive the future of our Mobile Offerings & Experience through effective leadership and fostering alignment at all levels
Possess an entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on delivering excellent customer service

Bachelor's degree in ICT or a related field; familiarity with mobile communication is advantageous
Proven experience as a Scrum Master demonstrating very good leadership skills
Proficient in building high-performing, collaborative teams and cultivating a culture of continuous improvement
Skilled in utilizing SAFe and Kanban frameworks with a solid understanding of Dev Ops principles and lean-agile practices
