Your team

Technology & Operations design and integrate software applications ranging from portfolio management systems, trading platforms to banking and corporate solutions. The division is responsible for some of the Group's key innovations while sustaining business operations and developing custodian and funds administration services.

The recruiting team is part of the Banking Operations department, which provides a broad range of custodian services and regulatory operations. Based in Geneva, you will be joining a dynamic team of nine that plays a central role in supporting Private Assets Operations activities.

Your role

• Oversee and ensure the accurate processing of all transactions related to private equities and real estate client investments in our banking system: subscriptions, capital calls, distributions, capital increases, etc.
• Analyse complex transactions and events.
• Provide expert guidance and resolve complex internal queries from the Front Office.
• Develop a deep understanding of the needs of an international client base (Switzerland, Luxembourg and other Pictet entities abroad).
• Identify and manage risks associated with private assets operations, implementing best practices to mitigate them.

Your profile

• University degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field, or extensive work experience in the finance industry.
• Over five years of experience in private equities and real estate operations, with a proven track record of leadership and impact.
• Proficiency in IT systems (E front, Avaloq) and software (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.).
• Demonstrated ability to rapidly grasp new information and processes, manage complex projects and drive operational excellence.
• Client-oriented with a focus on delivering innovative solutions and exceptional services.
• Proficiency in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Fluent in French and English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be resident in Switzerland.
