To support our growth, we are looking for a strategic assistant to our CEO to support us across a broad spectrum of areas including general administration, human resources, procurement, office management and finance.


Responsibility

• Support our CEO and executive board across a broad spectrum of recurring administrative matters, including the management of the offices space and organizing events and business trips.
• Support our CEO and executive board in all human resources tasks including the talent recruiting process, pre-screening of job applications, and employment contracts, as well coordination with our payroll management.
• Assist in project management when special projects arise, such as due diligence, procurement of service providers, as well as digital document management.
• Support organizing board of directors meetings and writing minutes thereof
• Organize inspiring team events to help us foster an open culture of performance and creativity.
• Help out other teams if need be

• Background and/or experience in general and business administration
• Open mind, eager learner, and pragmatic attitude to getting things done
• Open and active communication skills with ability to interact with various stakeholders
• Adaptive, critical and outside the box thinking with an exact and diligent working style. High integrity.
• Fluent in German and English
