Would you like to be part of innovative and international projects in the Banking area?

For our branch in Lugano (Switzerland), we are seeking an experienced Test Automation Manager to lead the team in enhancing our test automation strategy, with a strong focus on Tosca by Tricentis.
The ideal candidate will play a critical role in shaping our testing strategy, driving automation adoption, and mentoring a high-performing testing team.

Responsibilities and Duties

Design, implement, and maintain the test automation architecture
Lead the planning, design, development, and implementation of automated test frameworks for RESTful APIs, microservices, and other backend systems using Tricentis Tosca
Developing and implementing quality standards and quality control systems
Oversee the execution of automated tests, analyze results, and report on test progress and quality metrics
Identify and prioritize issues, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or equivalent experience
Solid hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca
Extensive knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman, Soap UI, REST Assured, etc
Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and integration of automated testing
Experience in an Agile environment
Fluent English and Italian

Location Requirement

We do not offer a fully remote work policy
Candidates should be prepared to relocate to Canton Ticino (Switzerland) or Italian Border Towns (such as Como, Varese etc.)
Work-from-home days may be possible according to the Client's policy
