Job Description
- Implement, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments to support enterprise applications.
- Administer Active Directory, Group Policy Objects (GPOs), DNS, and Microsoft Exchange Server/Online.
- Manage VMware v Sphere infrastructures and oversee the provisioning, configuration, and maintenance of virtual environments.
- Ensure robust file server access management and security protocols.
- Collaborate closely with IT security teams on identity and access management using Microsoft Entra ID, adhering to stringent security standards.
- Document all operational configurations and procedures for compliance and efficiency.
- Provide technical support and guidance on system enhancements and upgrades.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a System Engineer, with extensive knowledge in Windows Server, Active Directory, and VMware.
- Proficient in managing DNS, DHCP, and Exchange Server environments.
- Demonstrated ability to manage file server access and security settings.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Fluent in French and English, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate and engage with stakeholders.
- You are available immediately.
- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) or VMware Certified Professional (VCP).
- Prior experience in a consulting role or working within large, complex IT environments.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies, preferably Azure or AWS.
- Familiarity with ITIL practices and certification.
