Are you a dynamic and driven individual seeking a challenging career in Management, Sales and Customer Service? We are looking for an multi-talented, trilingual Showroom Manager to support and lead our Zurich Showroom, with possible extension to our Geneva branch.

Specialised in e-commerce in the luxury segment, you will be in touch with the latest innovations in sales and marketing whilst operating from a premium location on Talstrasse, Zurich.
Reporting directly to Baunat top management, you will be fulfilling a senior position leading one junior and the possibility to increase for two juniors or occasional interns. To successfully fulfil your role, you will be provided with an in-house sales & product training upon your start, with continued support throughout your career by means of regular zoom meetings and occasional visits between the Zurich showroom and the Antwerp headquarters.

Job description

Sales
- Advise and guide new clients through their search for the perfect jewel (via email, phone, chat or face-2-face)
- Offer commercial advice, follow-up and after-sales service for the existing clientele
- Verify the need for a visit to Zurich showroom (Monday to Friday, occasionally on Saturday)
- Facilitate appointments, explain the company’s business model and showcase our fine diamond jewellery
- Aim for high conversion personally and from the team you manage by close follow-up, internal sales meetings etc.

Showroom management & business development
- Ensuring smooth operation of the Zurich showroom in all its aspects (commercial, administrative,..)
- Supervision and training of juniors and interns
- Reporting directly to the top management
- Ensuring targets and deadlines
- Expansion of team and locations

PR & Events
- You and your team will be organising small events for the Swiss consumer market in close collaboration with the Belgian headquarters
- You will be looking for PR opportunities, either independently or in collaboration with a pr agency
- You assist general marketing where asked (e.g. selecting influencers etc).
- You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- You have at least 3 years of experience in areas like: sales, hospitality management and business development
- Preferably you fluently speak and write English, French and German.
- Living in or very near to near Zurich is a must, having a large network in Zurich and around is a plus.
- You have strong digital skills or fast learner in this field
- You have strong communication skills
