IN SHORT:
As a CRM Specialist, you are responsible for ensuring data quality and process efficiency, achieved through process creation, internal training of 150+ users, and ongoing evaluation. By providing client-facing teams with a system that consolidates data and knowledge while delivering actionable insights, you ensure complete visibility of our customer relationships at any given time.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting to the CRM Lead, you are the link between FELFEL front teams and Hub Spot CRM.
Database & Software

• Be the “data police” for the 150+ users by conducting regular checks ensuring that data is accurate and Hub Spot is used properly
• Provide first-line technical support for issues linked to Hub Spot or its connected software, including support for US-based users
• Handle the practical roll-out, training and documentation on system updates and new features

Account Management & Sales Operations

• Proactively train Hub Spot users on best practices for data entry and process efficiency
• Support the Account Management & Sales teams with daily tasks in Hub Spot: creating contact lists, views, ad-hoc reporting and more
• Keep automations running smoothly
• Conduct quarterly Hub Spot CRM feedback & release sessions with the teams

Marketing Operations

• Manage contact segmentation lists
• Own Hub Spot <> ad networks (Google, Linked In, Meta) integration, setting up events & audiences

Customer Service Operations

• Manage daily customer service troubleshooting on tickets and automations (both B2B and B2C)
• Automate repetitive support tasks to improve response times and customer satisfaction

Reporting

• Generate and maintain dashboards for 150+ Hub Spot users, ensuring they have the info they need

WHO YOU ARE:

• You have 1-3 years of experience in a similar role where you have gained expertise in understanding customer’s data
• You have worked extensively with a CRM system like Hub Spot, Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365
• You have an excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization
• Customer-centric mindset
• Process-savy
• Expert in troubleshooting, you love to solve problems
• Self-learning attitude, sometimes you’ll need to learn something on your own
• Detail-oriented
• Experience in customer-facing roles
