AFH Manager

Volume, Revenue, AR and Planning
- Accountable for delivering revenue and volume targets for the AFH channel by focusing on sales drivers (distribution, pricing, promotions) and utilize customer insights to identify revenue opportunities
- Identify potential gaps, communicating those gaps and recommending possible solutions and lead development of AFH Customers and Distributor plans that link to country plans
- Accountable for the total AFH profitability; takes ownership for the AFH pricing strategy for key customers
- Ensures alignment of customer consumption plans taking into consideration customer strategy/ priorities and develop the joint business development process with key AFH customers
2. Trade Fund and Distributor Management
- Has full ownership of Trade Funds for AFH customers, including T&C and prioritise the allocation of trade funds based on strategic importance of the customer
- Constantly strive for more effective and efficient spending practices to maximize return on investment
- Effectively manage distributor relationships through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Partnering with CS&L to look for improved service levels through improved logistical solutions
3. Customer Management
- Owns the development of strong (effective and sustainable) partnerships and long term business plans with key accounts in order to be the preferred supplier
- Responsible for managing and growing the AFH business and actively looking for opportunities to further develop the business
- Drive effective Top to Top (T2T) meetings with AFH customers
4. Forecasting
- Accountable for the provision of accurate and timely information on future demand to assist the forecasting process
- Ensures open and timely communication between internal customers (CS&L)
- Accountable for forecasting customer demand and, where applicable, facilitate join forecasting process with customer
