Established in 1987 and headquartered in Taiwan, TSMC pioneered the pure-play foundry business model with an exclusive focus on manufacturing its customers’ products. In 2023, the company served 528 customers with 11,895 products for high performance computing, smartphones, Io T, automotive, and consumer electronics, and is the world’s largest provider of logic ICs with annual capacity of 16 million 12-inch equivalent wafers. TSMC operates fabs in Taiwan as well as manufacturing subsidiaries in Washington State, Japan and China, and its ESMC subsidiary plans to begin construction on a fab in Germany in 2024. In Arizona, TSMC is building three fabs, with the first starting 4nm production in 2025, the second by 2028, and the third by the end of the decade.
職務說明
1. Work with tsmc internal users to identify opportunities to apply AI/machine learning in their business.
2. Design and implement machine learning solutions for business use cases, leveraging internal AI Platform.
3. Manage and grow a team of data scientists and ML engineers.
4. Engage and work with user executives, technical leads, and partners to manage and deliver successful implementations of AI applications.
5. Interact with IT/Business stakeholders to manage project scope, priorities, deliverables, risks/issues, and timelines for successful outcomes.
6. Lead research, introduce and realize suitable new AI/ML technologies with roadmap.

1. Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
2. 10+ years of experience in product or program management, or technology development in corporate IT.
3. 5+ years of experience working directly with AI/ML related development.
4. Experience in the auxiliary practical concerns and solution in production ML systems.
5. Experience in smart manufacturing is preferred.
6. Experience in semiconductor R&D or manufacturing is preferred
7. Excellent organizational, analytical, and influencing skills.
