About the role

An opportunity is available within Haleon to join the SEA & Taiwan Area team. As an Area Project Manager, you will be responsible for end to end project management to deliver the winning formula of our product innovation plans and key maintenance projects.

Role Responsibilities

- Drive the delivery of new product innovation end to end through the 3 Gate stages.- Gate 1: Scoping, Gate 2: R&D of product Gate 3: Preparation of Launch

Basic Qualifications:

You will be a team player to facilitate productivity and collaboration to drive “self managing” of team members towards a shared goal. Together, you will drive improvement and foster an environment of efficiency and innovation to thrive for a successful team dynamics and project execution.

You have previous experience of leading cross-functional teams (internal and eternally) to deliver results. You can communicate efficiently and effectively while maintaining an open communication with your stakeholders. Your flexibility and resilience are pivotal to your success in the role.
