About the role
An opportunity is available within Haleon to join the SEA & Taiwan Area team. As an Area Project Manager, you will be responsible for end to end project management to deliver the winning formula of our product innovation plans and key maintenance projects.
Role Responsibilities
- Drive the delivery of new product innovation end to end through the 3 Gate stages.- Gate 1: Scoping, Gate 2: R&D of product Gate 3: Preparation of Launch

Drive gate readiness partnering closely with Project Accountable Lead and action any gate meeting outcomes with broader project team.

Drive resolution of team conflicts through skilled negotiation and diplomacy, elevating to accountable functional leaders as necessary

Support key area maintenance projects
- Facilitate Governance Forum to support effective decision making

Manages the agenda and cadence of BU PMB and any PMR governance.

Manages projects tracking system to highlight status/progress of key projects across SEAT and provide the leadership team with line-of-sight on the status/progress of those projects.
- Build & better ecosystem to deliver scaled innovation project with speed

To drive simplification & remove barriers to help to make things to done easier with no quality compromise

Encourage transparency to enable inspection and adaptation to better process

Build relationships, manage team energy with push back &/ or stretch target, reward and celebrate achievement

Preferred Qualifications:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

Bachelor’s degree

Natural in Project Management Tool & Scrum Master principles

Regional experience in Project Management

Highly organized, with good interpersonal skills and a drive for results/sense of urgency
