We are looking for an Assistant Student Recruitment Manager to join our team.

What you’ll bring to the role

• 
  An undergraduate degree or equivalent and at least 2 years working in a responsible customer facing role.
  
• Fluent in Chinese and English, speaking and writing.
  
• A proven track record of working to student recruitment targets.
  
• Customer focus, self-motivation, ability to prioritise effectively, be flexible and manage your time under pressure.
  
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate issues to a wide audience are essential.
  
• High level of enthusiasm, motivation, personal commitment and independence to undertake periods of work without supervision.
  
• Problem solving and organisational skills to deal with complex and difficult situations as they arise.
  
• The ability to demonstrate you respond positively to change and to be effective in changing.
  
• High level of literacy and attention to detail to produce clear concise reports.
