Job Description:
- Identify Taiwan local projects for Architectural and Urban Design related work scopes;
- Develop and maintain good relationship with potential and existing clients;
- Conduct professional presentation to clients;
- Prepare bidding fee proposals and negotiation;
- Handle contract quotation and follow up.
- Well experienced in procuring and securing projects for architectural, urban design and engineering firms;
- University degree in Architecture or Engineering is preferred;
- Resourceful in local client database and strong business connections to induce business opportunity;
- Strong business sense, understand local culture, competent presentation and negotiation skills;
- Self-starter, proactive to contact clients and counter parties and develop business relationship.
