• Report to: SVP and Head of Private Wealth

• Job content:
• Daily operation support and coordinate with back office support team to ensure the daily operations are processed in order and assist to solve operational problems
• Co-work with business stakeholders for initiatives and regulatory/group policy implementation .etc.
• Prepare regular/ad-hoc management/regulatory reports where required, such as regional reports, AUM and Revenue, Product/Sales analysis etc.
• Ensure all processes are complied with GSM, FIM, MLPP guidelines and external regulations
• Maintains internal control standards, implement and observe group compliance
• By adherence to the procedures requirement, maintains HSBC risk management standards, including the timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators
• Ensure audit findings are corrected and follow-up as necessary
• Assist NPP preparation in reporting, tax concern, SOP and process flow evaluation etc. and PIR
• Prepare system/reports/service implementation and enhancement and continuous maintenance
• Prepare regular exception review as per required and ensure the completion by front office staff
• Co-work with business stakeholders for initiatives and regulatory/group policy implementation .etc.
• To complete relevant investment transaction reporting requested by group / local authority
• To prepare internal management MI reports for senior management evaluation and monitoring
• Review existing process flow to streamline process to optimize client investment journey

• Bachelor or above university degree
• Experienced in business management/operations
• Strong risk and compliance mindset
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and work independently under pressure within a team environment
• Familiar with MS Excel, Word
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Extensive knowledge of Bank practices, regulatory environment, and investment products
• Organized, self-initiated an detail oriented
• Highly proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• 證券商業務人員 and Trust sales personnel License are prerequisite
