- Ensure the daily operations of the Call Center is smooth and align with the company's business strategy
- Take lead and ownership in delivering a luxury and customer centric experience
- Contribute and assist to achieve all sales & KPI targets
- Develop relationships with clients by handling guests' expectations and needs effectively and efficiently, including problem resolutions
- Work closely with Stores to enhance guests’ needs and wants
- At least 2 years extensive experience in customer services or luxury retail, fresh graduate is also welcomed
- Passionate for the Brand
- Able to thrive in a call center environment with strong passions and commitment
- Demonstrate Louis Vuitton Attitudes: Curiosity, Empathy, Agility and Commercial Mindset
- Good interpersonal skills
- Customer service and guest oriented with selling and retail operational skills
- Proactive with good team spirit and able to take initiatives
- Able to commit to work with flexible hours in shifts, including nights and weekends
- Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Good computer literacy
