• Identify new product ideas and turn to ideas into investable vehicles for retail clients
• Take in charge of new product pitch to the gatekeepers in banks/lifers, to ensure AGI`s new products can be distributed in these channels
• Manage product life cycle including developing, launching, reviewing, reenergizing, and merging/closing, to ensure we have competitive product offerings that can address clients’ evolving needs

• Post-graduate degree or global equivalent
• Ideally 5 experience in financial product management in investment/asset management
• Strong sense of client service and excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent data analytical skills to resolve issues
• Working knowledge in a global business services environment (i.e across processes/geographies, cultures and business maturity levels)
• Must work efficiently under pressure and remain flexible to changes
• Fluent in both spoken and written in Chinese & English
