Customer Delivery Director

- Customer Delivery Leadership : Oversee and lead the Customer Delivery and Support teams to execute projects, upgrades, and support across all CNS products (Cloud Infra, 5G Core, Voice, Packet Core, SDM, Security, Mediation & Charging, Digital Operations, Analytics) for CSPs and selected enterprises.
- Strategic Project Management : Drive successful project planning and execution from contract planning to customer acceptance, ensuring on-time delivery, project quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Financial and Performance Management : Collaborate with GBC to manage revenue targets, forecast revenues, and identify additional work to enhance revenues and margins. Oversee cost management and ensure adherence to financial targets.
- Customer Centricity : Foster a culture of first-time right and on-time delivery. Maintain clear and effective communication with customers, establish sound planning and governance, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Business Strategy : Support the CNS go-to-market strategy to achieve Market Unit targets and drive profitable growth. Build and nurture customer relationships to help them achieve their business objectives.
- Team Development : Build a strong team of technical leaders and program managers, ensuring high levels of competence and operational excellence.
- Experience : At least 10 years of experience in project/program management of large multi-million projects in the Telecom sector, with a proven track record in Taiwan.
- Customer Management : Experience managing service provider customers (Operators such as Taiwan Mobile, FET, CHTM) at senior levels (VP Networks, VP IT, CTO).
- Leadership : Demonstrable ability to build and manage high-performing teams in a complex, matrixed organization.
- Financial Acumen : Proven experience in revenue and cost management.
- Education : University degree in Engineering or IT related disciplines; PMP certification is nice to have. Mandarin and English fluency is mandatory.
