Job Overview:
Sky Minder is seeking a person to support our Content & Quality team in managing operational activities and delivering excellent customer service to our clients, especially in the Japanese market.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support in order management and customer service, as well as handling other related activities.
The ideal candidate should have a strong attention to detail, a client-oriented attitude, and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office.
Experience with Dynamics 365 (CRM) will be considered a plus.
Fluent in English (written and spoken) and intermediate level of Japanese (N3 or above, especially in reading).
Italian and Chinese will be considered a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the operations team with order management and processing
- Respond to client inquiries and provide customer service support
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Manage and maintain accurate records of orders and transactions
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner
