Data Center Cost Manager, Taiwan

Responsibilities include:
Analyze and evaluate cost data to determine project budgets and forecasts for the CAPEX Program of Works.
Develop and implement cost control measures to ensure projects are completed within budget.
Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to establish cost objectives and monitor progress.
Conduct cost analysis and provide recommendations for cost-saving initiatives.
Prepare and present cost reports, including variance analysis and cost projections.
Review and negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to optimize cost efficiency.
Monitor and track project cashflow and ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.
Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to project costs.
Provide guidance and support to project teams on cost management best practices.
Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to cost management.

Must be able to work in a fast-track environment with data centre (or similar critical facilities / construction) experience preferred
Project and Programme Management experience
Excellent and persuasive communication skills
Excellent analytical, logical and reporting skills
10+ years’ experience in a related field
Strong understanding of construction projects cycle, scoping, planning, procurement, installation, testing and commissioning and close out, and handover to operations teams.
Project management qualification preferred (PMI / PMP) but not essential
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and reporting skills
Logical approach and high attention to detail
Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Construction / Quantity Surveying or Commercial related disciplines preferred
