Senior Techician

Maintenance & Repairs:
Perform and oversee routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on mechanical and electrical systems, including but not limited to VRV, plumbing, electrical wiring, lighting, and other infrastructure.
Installation & Commissioning:
Assist the installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment or systems, ensuring proper setup and operation.
System Monitoring:
Monitor and record the performance of mechanical and electrical systems, Identify potential issues before they become critical and take preventive measures.
Coordination and Communication:
Collaborating effectively within and across team internally and externally (such as vendor or building management) to ensure seamless installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of systems. Facilitating the communication between Taiwan and the regional office.
Risk Management and Compliance:
Conduct regular review to ensure that all safety procedures, including disaster recovery and escalation procedures are in place and maintained. Ensure all work complies with Taiwan building codes, safety regulations, and UBS policies. Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, repairs, and inspections. Report any major issues to management and recommend solutions. Preparing plan and proposal for M&E work.
Procurement and Vendor Coordination:
Plan and manage budgets for M&E & Operational contracts. Work with external contractors and suppliers to source parts or specialist services when necessary. Coordinates and oversee the work of 3rd party vendors.
Site Operation and Emergency Reponses:
Achieve Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreement targets. Such as 12hrs x 5 days and 24hrs x 7 days emergency call support.
Provide response in emergency situations according to SLA set in IFM contract, such as power outages, equipment failures, or other system malfunctions.
Qualifications:Education:
Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Vocational or technical training in M&E systems is also valuable.
Experience:
3+ years of experience working with mechanical and electrical systems, with a strong background in both maintenance and repair
Technical Skills and H&S Knowledge:
Proficiency in troubleshooting M&E systems
Hands-on experience with VRV, plumbing, electrical, and control systems.
Familiar with Taiwan safety regulations and the ability to work safety in environment where there may be risks related to electricity or heavy machinery.
Certifications:
Electrician License or Electrical Operation License or Air Conditioning Technician or Occupational Safety Certification…etc.
Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills:
Ability to diagnose issues and implement solutions efficiently and effectively.
Communication Skills:
Provide technical advice and support Corporate Service team, with strong communication skills
