Talent Acquisition Specialist - Taiwan
Due to the continued and future planned growth of our Taiwan business, we are now keen to hire an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our business. Working closely with the business leaders and TA team in Taiwan, we want someone to manage and oversee a high-volume expansion.
What this job involves:
A passion for talent
Do you have a passion for talent? This role is critical to the future success of the business and we need someone who has passion for identifying the best talent throughout Hong Kong. You’ll know how to employ traditional and creative innovative sourcing strategies to play a lead role in our recruiting efforts across Taiwan. This will include helping develop the employer brand, managing recruitment campaigns, undertaking proactive sourcing, utilizing social media platforms and HR service activities.
A ‘can do’ attitude
This role sits within a highly dynamic part of a highly dynamic business. It’s a fast-paced environment and you’ll need to be fast paced as well. You’ll need a positive mind set and a ‘can do’ attitude. We have a continuous improvement mentality across our business, and we’ll be looking for you to have the same. We want somebody with an entrepreneurial mind-set and enjoys working at speed!
Collaboration
You will be working closely with the business leaders and you’ll need to collaborate closely to clearly understand requirements and expectations of a variety of diverse positions. At JLL, we foster a spirit of collaboration and your professional voice will always be heard.

Experienced
Not a job for the feint hearted, you will need at least 1 year’ experience within talent acquisition or recruitment. Experience in a volume hiring/RPI solution would be advantageous.
A problem solver
You’ll need a strategic mind-set, outstanding problem-solving ability and a creative flair to produce the detailed and high-quality talent mapping results. You will act a as a Brand Ambassador and we always expect the utmost professionalism , including integrity & ethics.
A team player
You’ll be a person that collaborates with others regardless of role, business unit or location. We go the extra mile in working together to help achieve our ambitions and that of our clients.
A great communicator
Can you get your ideas across clearly both verbally and in writing? You’ll be working with many diverse interest groups so the way you share information and your ability to persuasively convey information is highly important. Strong interpersonal skills are key to this role to establish credibility and respect with internal stakeholders and potential external talent. Bilingual language capability in both Mandarin and English are essential to be successful in this role.
