Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.? Vishay General Semiconductor Taiwan, Ltd. is currently seeking applicants for an Engineer I, Equipment Engineering.
You will be responsible for equipment repairing and equipment preventive maintenance. Involvement in continuous improvement program for better equipment. For maintaining and increasing equipment performance and throughput while supporting production plan and enhance EHS of the department. For cost reduction, also need control spending by reviewed spare parts and found second source.

What you will be doing:

• Improve machine up-time rate to increase equipment utilization.
  
• Meet expected training hours and provide training courses to others.
  
• To monitor spending by reviewing spare parts and finding second source.
  
• To evaluate new equipment, cost reduction and make continuous improvement.
  
• Assist management in reaching performance targets.
  

What you will bring along:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering .
  
• Minimum 1 year of experience in equipment engineering preferably from semiconductor industry.
  
• Familiar with dicing/grinding/probing/evaporation/sputtering technology, wafer fab technology.
  
• Good command of English.
