Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.? Vishay Kaohsiung Diodes, TW is currently seeking applicants for an Equipment Chief Engineer. Responsible for maintaining equipment smoothly running, solving equipment problem, increasing equipment performance and throughput, training to engineers/ technicians and sparing parts control and machine down time decreasing.

Kaohsiung Branch is located in Kaohsiung Nanzih Technology Industrial Park, home of many high-tech companies and Vishay is the one of the few foreign companies. At Vishay General Semiconductor Taiwan Ltd. Kaohsiung Branch provides you with responsible and ethical leadership and we promote sound environmental health and safety principles and practices by encouraging open communication with employees, governmental agencies, suppliers, contractors, customers, and industry groups.

What you will be doing:

• To maintain equipment smoothly running and solve equipment problem.
• Equipment improvement modify the machine to be more efficient.
• Training to engineers and technicians.
• Equipment spare parts review and spending control.
• Maintenance supervising and arranging colleague overtime, spare parts inventory, and safety quantity review.
• Including equipment maintenance, daily check sheet revise, spare parts creation, and SOP creation.

What you will bring along:

• Academic/professional education college or above degree in Engineering.
• Familiar with auto mold/Trim / Form technology.
• Minimum 10 years experiences in EE.
• Fluent English in Speak, Read & Write.
