Internship -Quality Assurance Engineer

Responsibilities include:
Support cross-functional improvements in the product life cycle from concept through development to mass production including customers’ performance & robustness target requirements management, product design, validation, lessons learned implementation, product qualification, and production launch etc.
Collect and data analysis incoming, in-process and Outgoing Quality Control (OQC) data
Providing insights and reports on quality metrics and work with process owners for problem solving
Identify and coordinate with engineering team for quality improvement opportunities in processes

Skill and qualification:
Required:
Graduate or undergraduate school student.
Verbal and written communication skills in English.
Knowledge and experience in statistical data analysis – DOE, GR&R, process capability(Cpk), QC 7 tools, SPC
Preferred:
Experience in 8D report writing
Knowledge in ISO9001 / IATF 16949
