Internship -Human Resources Intern
Job summary:
Inven Sense, a TDK Group company, is a world leading provider of MEMS sensor platforms found in Mobile, Wearables, Smart Home,Industrial, and Automotive products. The company’s patented Fabrication Platform, Motion Fusion® technology, audio solutions, andlocation software and services address the emerging need of manymass-market consumer applications via improved performance, accuracy, and intuitive motion, gesture, and sound-based interfaces. In May of 2017, Inven Sense became part of the MEMS Sensors Business Group within the newly formed Sensor Systems Business Company of TDK Corporation.
We are seeking a motivated HR Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in human resources operations. The HR Intern will support various HR functions and initiatives under the guidance of our HR professionals. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in pursuing a career in HR to develop essential skills and knowledge in a real-world setting.

Responsibilities include:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as employer branding promotion and employee engagement programs.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Currently enrolled in Master's degree program in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Previous HR internship or relevant work experience is a plus.
