Job Summary:
As an Engineering Intern in our team, you will collaborate with colleagues to support customer targeting for Semiconductor/Tech Companies, to one of our solutions as below:

• Altair HPCWorks - Flow Tracer and Accelerator
• Altair Rapid Miner - AI Studio and Panopticon
• Altair Hyperworks - Simlab for 3DIC

What You Will Do:

• Assist customer in resolving hardware and software issues.
• Partner with Sales Account Manager and Technical Field to assist in customer strategy.
• Assist evaluation and assessment of product performance and exection.
• Assist on elaboration of technical reports and presentations.
• Assist in maintaining and developing flow integration and automation scripts.

What You Will Need:

Basics:

• Bachelors, Masters in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
• Demonstrated understanding of Unix/Linux command and shell scripting.
• Proficient experience in TCL/Python/Perl scripting is a plus.
• Proficient in English (speaking, reading, and writing)
• Work more than 1 day per week and at least intern for more than half a year.

Preferred:

• Experience with SQL, Postgre SQL, and enterprise level data intensive application is a plus.
• Experience with Streaming data services, Kafka is a plus.
• Experience with EDA/Semiconductor Flow Design tools (Flow Tracer) is a significant advantage.
