Responsibilities

• Major on LCMS product service support and other general product in the future
• LCMS team people management
• Provide customer happiness through technical service, installation, operation, training, and repair of speciality equipment.
• Undertake product installation on client premises.
• Provide training and technical advice on instrument use, both in person and by phone.
• Investigate difficulties and tackle faults arising from operation or utilization.
• Resolve problems or suggest solutions or arrange for repairs to be made.
• Provide an important link between customers and Sales and Marketing.
• Act as a liaison with factory technicians to report and correct faults.
• Supervise repairs in terms of the organization’s service / warranty cover and making suggestions as to product improvements.
• Schedule and carry out planned maintenance calls and perform regular customer visits.
• Make recommendations about spare part needs and assisting with monitoring equipment.

How will you get here?
Education

• Bachelor/Master of Science in Chemistry/Biochemistry, Engineering, or equivalent background.

Experience

• 8 years+ Field Service Engineering experience or LCMS user experience
• With people management preferred.
• Experience from Pharmaceutical industry or with Research background preferred.
• Field Application Service background welcome

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• LCMS experiences crucial
• Proficient in written and verbal communication skills both in Chinese and English
• Ability to be coordinate own work efficiently, productively, and independently
• Detail oriented and ability to handle multiple tasks
• Ability to work on a range of tasks as part of ongoing projects, and to make sound decisions in order to meet deadlines for the completion of projects or activities
• Interpersonal skills suitable for a people-oriented job, requiring interactions with many people both inside and outside the organization
• Self-motivated and proactive in technical and support approach.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)
• Possession of a valid Driving License is essential.
