This position reports to

HUB (APAC) Controller for EPDS

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to act as a business partner to the relevant business manager and leads local finance teams to optimize the financial performance within an assigned division / business area. Each day, you will support effective business decisions by monitoring, analyzing, and interpreting financial data to evaluate various business alternatives. You will also showcase your expertise by recommending the most appropriate business solutions. The work model for the role is: {onsite/hybrid/remote} {insert Linkedin #} This role is contributing to the Distribution Solution and Service Division in Taiwan. Main stakeholders are business manager. You will be mainly accountable for: • Driving the definition and implementation of global standards and business specific guidelines to ensure continuous improvement in financial control process within your area of responsibility. • Leading, providing guidance, and facilitating best practices to ensure alignment and consistency of controlling practices. • Ensuring timely and efficient communication with relevant internal customers to identify and discuss issues for improvement of operations, work quality, and efficiency for your area of responsibility. • Securing transparency in financial reporting and disclosures.

Qualifications for the role

• • You are highly skilled in working with SAP FI & CO modules and the industrial market.
• You have 10+ years of experience in financial controlling, business controlling and / or management accounting.
• Possess an enhanced knowledge of financial reporting/ financial analyses and creating proper dash board to management.
• You are passionate about working in teams, leading organizational success, having the require disci-pline to apply organizational policies and procedures.
• Professional Degree in Accounting and Finance
• You are at ease communicating in English.
