Operations Assistant

Job Requirements
Operations Assistant to actively assist in Company’s Operations directly report to HR and Operational Administrator delivering responsibilities to assist in hiring and recruiting, and also supporting sales & marketing activities closely collaborating with Bold Tek’s Sales and Marketing Team (locally and internationally)
Operational related
  • Actively assist in finding required talents to fulfil Bold Tek’s active positions for IT job openings in our clients.
  • Assist in building an active pipeline of potential candidates to satisfy current and future IT Job openings, based on hiring pipelines.
  • Support any other operational processes (client invoicing, employee relations, employee retention, and other Human Resource activities, as business demands).
  • Assist, communicate, and collaborate with HR and Operational administration (locally, and globally) to provide daily and periodic reports on the progress of operational activities (hiring, recruiting, operational supports, employee time management, assisting Account team).
Sales and Marketing related
  • Assist in conducting market research, and market study to improve Bold Tek’s branding in Taiwan and Asia Pacific, leading to better sales pipelines for the company’s prospective clients in the regions.
  • Conceive, develop, and assist in implementing marketing, advertising, and campaigning with Bold Tek’s branding ideas to improve marketing and social presence, in Taipei and also in Asia pacific in general (as needed).
  • Assist in identifying target clients, present Bold Tek’s services to prospective clients, and convert the lead clients to potential buyers of Bold Tek’s global IT services.
  • Assist, communicate, and collaborate with other sales team in the regions to provide periodic reports on the progress of Sales and Marketing activities, campaigns, and client prospecting.
Skill Requirement:
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant professional working experience in various areas of operational support such as talent search, hiring, and recruiting.
  • Some experience with assisting in Sales and Marketing related activities.
  • Very good communication skills in English and Chinese, to be able to present the company’s services to prospective clients, with confidence.
  • Highly detail-oriented person, ability to work autonomously, self-driven and a quick learner, good problem solver.
  • Good knowledge in using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel and Power Point)
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good familiarity and/or willingness to learn the following marketing environments:
- Managing the company’s social media profiles (Linked In, Facebook, Instagram, and other related local sites)
- Be able to use various tools to collect, maintain and use prospective clients (e.g. Linked In)
- Assist in digital marketing content writing.
- Conducting research and analyzing market data to identify prospective clients.
- Assist in company’s promotional activities, organizing events and product exhibitions, if any.
