Job content, responsibilities, and possibilities:
Based in PEAK Wind’s office in Taipei, Taiwan you will join the Business Excellence team where you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a supportive and structured work environment for our Taiwan team. The tasks will be a combination of routine and varied tasks, and your responsibilities will include:
We would like to see that you have a bachelor’s degree or relevant experience, but we welcome all applicants that believe they can bring value to the position. The most crucial requirement is the right approach and can-do attitude - no matter the task. Relevant experience is an advantage to be a successful Office Assistant, you should have excellent organizational and administrative skills. You must be professional, have discretion and be able to work with a high level of independency. Most importantly, you take ownership of your tasks and never compromise on the quality of your work. Your positive and outgoing personality enables you to quickly form relationships with important internal and external stakeholders. As PEAK Wind is an international company, English fluency is a prerequisite.

- Day-to-day upkeep of our Taiwan office as well as administrative tasks.
- Sorting and distributing mail and arranging pickups for packages.
- Office documents and inventory management.
- Responsible for team events and gift arranging.
- Managing office supplies, providers, and vendors.
- Providing support as needed for visitors (internal and external).
- Assisting team members during onboarding and offboarding.
- Improving and optimizing internal processes.
- Other ad hoc office related and administrative tasks.
