To support our operational team in Taiwan, we are looking for a Technical Support Engineer (2nd Level) joining our team at the earliest possible date.
為支援本公司台灣團隊，我們擬聘雇一名技術支援工程師。希望可盡早到職。
所需資格 / Requirements

• 具備電子或機械工程學位或接受過相關技術教育 / Completed studies in electrical or mechanical engineering or similar technical education
• 具備液壓、電子電力及通用機械的基礎技術知識 / Having basic technical knowledge of hydraulics, electronics power and general mechanics
• 具備獨立、有組織及結果導向的工作風格 / Independent, structured and results-oriented working style
• 願意配合出差、具高空作業能力與良好體能；具適航性尤佳 / Willing to travel and working in the heights and having a suitable physical fitness ; seaworthiness would be good
• 具備文書軟體操作能力 (需具備MS Office基本操作能力) / Having office programs working skills (MS Office as minimum)
• 精通英文及中文之書寫及會話 / Excellent English and Mandarin skills in written and spoken
• 具備良好的溝通能力及團隊合作精神 / Good communication and teamwork spirit
• 具備普通小型車駕照及出差意願 / Driver license and readiness to travel

工作內容 / Your Tasks

• 根據專案規格、專案管理及(或) 技術開發工程師之指示，制定工作規範與檢查清單 / Creation of work orders and check lists according to specification of the project, the project management and/or 3rd level engineering specification
• 定期管理工作規範與檢查清單的完整性、狀態、適合客戶的用詞、預訂技師時數及所用材料 / Regular formal control of work orders and check lists on completeness, status, customer suitable wording, booking of technician hours as well used material
• 根據工作規範及(或)檢查清單將技術任務提升，提供技術開發工程師支援 / Escalation of technical tasks to 3rd level engineering support coming out of orders and/or checklists
• 根據預設的品質標準撰寫客戶報告 / Creation of customer reports in accordance with before set quality standards
• 擔任技術開發工程師及服務人員間之窗口 / Being the interface between 3rd level engineering technical expertise and service personal
• 根據技術開發工程師之要求前往現場蒐集所需資訊 / Perform site visits on request of 3rd level engineering technical support to collect needed information
• 多功能作業，作為台灣分部的一員，同時接受技術支援部門的指導 / Work cross functional, being guided on tasks by technical support department, while being member of Taiwanese entity
