To support our operational team in Taiwan, we are looking for a Jr. HSE Manager joining our team at the earliest possible date.

所需資格 / Requirements

• Having completed engineering or technical studies or similar

具備工程技術相關學位

• Ability to work in heights and good physical fitness; seaworthiness would be good

具高空作業能力與良好體能；具適航性尤佳

• Preferred existing working experience in wind energy industry

具風能產業工作經驗者尤佳

• Initial experience with HSE

具環安衛工作經驗

• Having completed training in occupational safety as advantage or alternatively willing to complete such training within the first 12 months while working for us

已完成職業安全培訓者尤佳，或願意在為我們工作前 12 個月內完成此類培訓者尤佳

• Structured and independent way of working

具備組織架構及獨立作業之工作能力

• Having a good communication and teamwork skills as well as social competence

具備良好的溝通能力、團隊合作精神及社交能力

• Having good office program working skills

能完成行政辦公之交辦事項

• Willingness to travel

願意配合出差

• Occupational safety and health management Level 2 or above certificate is mandatory

需具備乙級安全衛生管理員(Level 2)以上證照

• Driver's license is mandatory

需具備普通小型車駕照工作內容 / Your Tasks

• Support HSE Manager within identification of offshore occupational and health hazards, and propose appropriate measures to prevent these hazards

支援環安衛經理鑑別離岸作業之相關職業安全危害，並提出適當的措施來防阻危害發生

• Risk assessments and documentation management

風險評估及相關文件管理

• Support the analysis of causes of work incidents and proposing appropriate measures for prevention

支援分析工安事故原因並提出適當的預防措施

• Support HSE Manager within safety-related consultations in the course of designing workplaces, work processes and working environments

在設計工作場所、工作流程和工作環境的過程中支援環安衛經理進行相關工安諮詢

• Conducting in-house training courses of occupational health and safety

執行內部職業健康與安全培訓課程

• Regular inspection of workplaces to identify defects and propose appropriate measures to eliminate these defects

定期檢查工作場所，以發現相關缺失並提出有效改善缺失之適當措施

• QM support in the preparation, follow-up and implementation of internal audits and QM measures in the companies

提供並支援公司內部審核品質管理措施之準備、追蹤及執行

• Reporting, collection, investigation and evaluation of findings and improvement potentials

報告、收集、調查和評估調查結果和潛在改進

• Preparation and follow-up of external certification and surveillance audits
