Regional Sales Manager - Taiwan

Abracon, LLC, a leading international electronic component sales organization, is seeking a major market based Regional Sales Manager for our Taiwan territory. This position is responsible for regional and multi-national customer accounts. You will be required to develop, manage and provide sales direction/support to third party sales representative organizations and authorized distributors in support of Abracon’s strategic initiatives.
Primary duties:
1. Develop and execute regional strategic plan to grow 2X of our revenue in 3yrs.
2. Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with end customer and engineering decision makers.
3. Prospect for new clients, and assess customer’s primary business goals, operations, challenges, and requirements, to provide business solutions.
4. Formulate quote strategies and negotiate pricing between customers and distributors.
5. Meet and exceed sales and margin targets for the territory.
6. Provide management with periodic progress updates including opportunity funnel, competitor activities, and yearly business plans.
7. Maintain thorough knowledge of industry structure, technical applications, trends, risks and opportunities
8. Support global business transfer and communicate with global sales team how to win.
TYPICAL QUALIFICATIONS
- A Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field and a minimum of 8 years sales experience with proven ability to meet and exceed targets. Or min 5 year sales experience in our related passive field will be considered.
- Requires excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills. PC proficiency in MS Office a must (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
-Personal accountability and strong time management skills.
-Ability to work independently as well as successfully contribute to a work team as an individual contributor.
-Excellent interpersonal skills in order to:
