Lead the team to provide timely and accurate financial reports on business performance
- Provide financial management expertise on business projects
- Provide financial, legal and tax advices in driving strategic investment decisions
- Monitor the performance of a shared service center for maintaining effective and efficient accounting activities, including accounts payable, financial reporting etc.
- Develop, implement and maintain financial controls and processes and ensure best practices
- Build and maintain effective relationship with both internal business functions and external stakeholders including banks, external auditors and tax advisers
- Drive team performance and ensure a continuous improvement culture
- 10 years of relevant experience in financial accounting and auditing with 3 years in managerial role, preferably in logistics / transportation industry or multinational companies
- Degree in Accounting / Finance
- Professional accountancy qualification (CPA or equivalent) is a plus
