Senior Product Test Engineer

We are looking for a creative and independent Product Test Engineer in Hsinchu, Taiwan. What you'll be doing:

Sustain the test program of mature products and released it into the production line successfully
-
Driving the factory key performance index & metrics measurement for periodic review
-
Working with the subcontractors for continuous process improvement
-
Collaborate the engineering activities with the functional team and the subcontractor
-
Managing the manufacturing, engineering and quality issues on the production line
-
Leading root cause analysis and corrective action on production issues
-
Identifying and fixing manufacturing problems
-
Identifying process, material and test program issues
What we need to see:
-
Bachelor Degree in an Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science
-
5+ years test or product engineering, IC test programming experiences
-
Familiar with mixed-signal IC test theory and manufacture process, IC test manufacture process including wafer sort and final test
-
Good understanding in the hardware and software in ATE machine (Advantest-93K is plus), data analysis and test yield improvement and production management
-
Familiar with the burn-in theory and manufacture process are plus
-
Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin
-
Self-motivated and able to work effectively across different functional teams and subcontractors
