What You'll Do

• Collaborate closely with our Talent Acquisition Managers to understand hiring needs and support recruitment strategy.
• Source candidates through various platforms (Linked In, job boards, etc.), building and maintaining a talent pipeline for both tech and non-tech roles.
• Screen resumes and assess candidates for both skills and cultural fit.
• Organize and schedule interviews, providing a smooth experience for both candidates and interviewers.
• Assist in employer branding activities, including creating Linked In posts and other content to attract talent.
• Manage candidate data, ensuring an organized system for tracking applicants and progress.
• Work closely with the People team to ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
• Monitor market trends to help adjust sourcing strategies and stay competitive in attracting top talent.
