WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Role:
We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition/HR Admin to join our Taiwan team. We are looking for someone with full cycle recruitment experience and strong interpersonal skills. This role will report to the Regional Director, APAC and will be integral to the growth of our Taiwan team.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Role:
We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition/HR Admin to join our Taiwan team. We are looking for someone with full cycle recruitment experience and strong interpersonal skills. This role will report to the Regional Director, APAC and will be integral to the growth of our Taiwan team.
Responsibilities:
- Partnering with hiring managers on recruiting efforts
- Conduct interviews, qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
- Guiding candidates through hiring process and ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Maintain a high level of follow-up with both managers and candidates
- Reporting on recruiting metrics
- Onboarding new hires in the HRIS (deel) and ensuring all paperwork is completed by the employee
- Answering the phones; screening calls, transferring calls and forwarding messages when needed
- Management and purchasing of office supplies, coffee supplies and coordination of office contracts (including but not limited to) shredding, cleaning, recycling, garbage, security, consumables
- Office management support when needed
- Support on planning and execution of local company events
- Additional tasks will be added as position matures
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Full-cycle recruitment experience from requisition to onboarding and everything in between
- Thrives in a busy environment and are excited about energizing the environment around you
- A track record of success
- Excellent written and oral communication skills that are leveraged to seek out others' perspectives by asking good questions
- Experience with local employment laws and legislation
- Computer literacy: fully experienced in all standard Microsoft products.
- In-depth knowledge of employment standards in Taiwan, and legislative requirements
- A willingness to learn the same in other countries internationally
- Ability to work within various HR and Recruitment systems
- Excellent consultative, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects at a time, with excellent organizational skills
- A self-motivated individual with a thirst for knowledge that moves fast
- Passionate about building diverse teams and talent pools
- Driven to help businesses grow and expand
- An eagerness to learn and experiment to find best possible solutions
