工作職責：

• 透過訪談、調查和可用性測試進行使用者研究，了解使用者需求、行為和動機。
• 創建線框、分鏡、用戶流程和原型，以有效傳達互動和設計理念。
• 設計具有視覺吸引力的用户介面，符合我們的品牌準則，並在所有平台上提供一致的用户體驗。
• 透過建立用户角色、場景和客戶旅程圖來開發和完善用户體驗設計。
• 與產品經理、開發人員和其他利害關係人密切合作，確保設計可行並符合業務目標。
• 進行可用性測試並收集反饋以迭代和改進設計解決方案。
• 維護並為我們的設計系統做出貢獻，以確保所有產品的一致性。
• 隨時了解最新的用戶介面/用戶經驗趨勢、技巧和科技。

崗位需求：

• 必須至少擁有設計、人機互動、電腦科學或相關領域的學士學位。
• 至少5 年用戶介面/用戶經驗設計專業經驗。
• 精通設計和原型製作工具，例如 Sketch、Figma、Adobe XD、In Vision、Axure、Photoshop 等等（ 熟練手繪、AE動畫、CAD者優先）。
• 對以用户為中心的設計原則、資訊架構、互動設計和可用性最佳實踐有深度的理解。
• 具備響應式和自適應設計技術的經驗，可確保在不同裝置和螢幕尺寸上獲得最佳用户體驗。
• 具備 HTML、CSS 和 Java Script 的應用知識，以便與開發人員進行有效協作。
• 優秀的視覺設計技能，注重細節、排版、色彩理論和版面。
• 強大的分析和解決問題的能力，專注於以用户為中心的設計解決方案。
• 優秀的溝通和協作能力，能夠清楚地闡明設計決策和基本原理。
• 創意思維和創新設計解決方案。
• 在整個設計過程中，強烈的使用者同理心和對使用者需求和體驗的倡導。

Job Description:

• To conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and motivations through interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• To create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• To design visually appealing user interfaces that align with our brand guidelines and provide a consistent user experience across all platforms.
• To develop and refine user experience designs by creating user personas, scenarios, and customer journey maps.
• To work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with business goals.
• To conduct usability testing sessions and gather feedback to iterate and improve design solutions.
• To maintain and contribute to our design system to ensure consistency across all products.
• To keep up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.

Job Requirements:

• Must at least Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
• Advanced proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, In Vision, Axure, Photoshop and similar. . Proficiency in hand drawing, AE animation, and CAD is a plus.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, interaction design, and usability best practices.
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design techniques to ensure optimal user experiences across different devices and screen sizes.
• Have working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Java Script for effective collaboration with developers.
• Excellent visual design skills with attention to detail, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities focused on user-centric design solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of clearly articulating design decisions and rationale.
• Creative thinking and innovative design solutions.
• Strong user empathy and advocacy for users’ needs and experiences throughout the design process.
• High adaptability to changing project requirements, iterate designs based on feedback, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good & positive team player in contributing to a positive team culture and collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
• Must be strong communicate in English & Mandarin.
• Willing to travel or relocate to other countries or project location as assigned if required.
