1. Manage Alibaba Bangkok critical Data Center IT and Security operations, involved in Data Center build-outs and scaling.2. Recommend, document, and oversee policies and procedures to meet industry best practices and to meet required SLAs.3. Coordinate external vendors, ensure the resource’s supply and delivery, match business’s growth.4. Responsibility for outsourcing and vendor management of colocation Data Centre services providers to meet or exceed contracted performance SLA’s.5. Knowledge of 24x7 onsite support procedure, continuous improvement of operational processes, procedures, methods, and tools.

1. Bachelor's degree in a business, engineering or computer science2. 5+ years experience in large global data center site operation3. Functional knowledge of Data Center mechanical, electrical, and controls systems4. Deep knowledge of information technology infrastructure domains such as computer server platforms, storage server platforms, server components, network devices, technologies and architectures, IT service delivery principles and best practices5. Highly driven, self-managed individual. Greatly developed problem analysis and critical thinking experience.6. Knowledge of data center construction procedure and capacity planning7. Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed (25% to 50%+ at times)8. Must be familiar with Excel and Power Point9. Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese is a plus
