Payment Operation Manager

Role Overview:We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Payment Operations Manager to lead and optimize our payment channels and merchant operations. This role is crucial in enhancing operational efficiency, managing channel partnerships, and collaborating with internal teams to drive data-driven improvements. Base in Bangkok, Thailand.
Key Responsibilities:
Payment Channel & Merchant Operations:
  • Oversee and manage payment channels and merchant relationships to ensure seamless integration and operation.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of payment processes.
Channel Management:
  • Identify, onboard, and manage new payment channels to expand market reach and improve service offerings.
  • Monitor and analyze channel performance, providing actionable insights for optimization.
Efficiency Improvement:
  • Streamline operational processes to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Implement best practices and innovative solutions to address operational challenges.
Internal Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and customer support to ensure alignment and drive project success.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration to support operational goals and objectives.
Data Analysis:
  • Analyze payment data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Use data-driven insights to guide decision-making and strategy formulation.
Web 3 Industry Knowledge (Preferred):
  • Leverage an understanding of the Web 3.0 industry to enhance payment solutions and adapt to evolving trends.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience in payment operations, channel management, or a similar role within the financial technology or payment industry.
  • Skills:
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
  • Proficiency in English is essential; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Familiarity with Web 3.0 technologies and trends is highly desirable.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ฿190,000.00 - ฿280,000.00 per month
